Each statement of work defines deliverables, review cadence, and success metrics. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to authorize our access to these accounts and that your use complies with all applicable platform policies.
When you authorize BookAI Studio to access third-party accounts (including Google, YouTube, or social media), you grant us permission to access and use the data from these accounts solely to provide the services you request. You can revoke these authorizations at any time through the respective platform's security settings. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform policies or API availability that may affect service delivery.
Our use of Google APIs, including YouTube API Services, is subject to Google's policies. By using our services that access Google or YouTube data, you acknowledge that Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) also applies to your use of these features. You may revoke our access at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You must provide timely access to systems and resources to keep the automation roadmap on track. You are responsible for maintaining valid authentication and authorization for all connected accounts. You must promptly notify us if you revoke access to any connected account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable platform policies and terms of service.
We commit to using data from connected accounts only as authorized by you and only for providing the specific services you request. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations and platform-specific policies, including Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube API Terms. We will not use your data for purposes unrelated to service delivery without your explicit consent.
Automation outcomes depend on data quality, platform API availability, and team adoption. We cannot guarantee specific revenue results or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or terms of service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you should revoke access to all connected accounts through the respective platforms. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law. To revoke Google or YouTube access immediately, visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
